Neplar Store does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items. 


REFUND POLICY

  1. The customer cancels the order, before Neplar Store starts processing the shipment.

  2. The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased and the replacement is available. 

  3. If the item is defected then after getting proof Neplar will be responsible to replace the product.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Product (s) can be exchanged from any of our regular stores within the 3 days from the date of receiving of parcel.

  2. Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the company invoice.

  3. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

  4. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

  5. We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.

  6. Contact our customer support representative by emailing us images of defected product at customercare@neplar.pk within 3 days of purchase.

  7. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product.
